    Default high rock


    my son and I are planning on going to high rock in the am. does anyone know water conditions and any reports would be greatly appreciated. we were there a couple of weeks ago and water was muddy even on flat swamp areas. thanks for the info.

    I was their yesterday( mid=day @ high rock) Water was muddy but on the lite side, water temp. 49*/52*, BP 30.4, Best bait for me was minnows, Catfish was the only thing I could get in the boat. fish were 18'/23' in 28'/33' fow. had a lite wind most of the day. I did try some plastic with no luck.

    Wife and I have been 3 times lately. We're newbies ,trying to get our boat set up mainly. Water is still dirty today, 3/10, but improving. Wind was 10-15 . That said, we had our best day. Caught 30 and took 13 home. Thanks to C.C and coaching from a friend.

    Area near tressel was dirty, but we stayed in flat swamp.
