Missed the part about safety factor. It depends on what you consider safe. I would not hesitate to go but there will be lots of flow in the main river and some in the creeks/guts too. Just be alert if you are drifting to what is downstream of you so you don't go under a tree limb. Also watch for the occasional floating log coming downstream if you are anchored as well as when you are running. Keep current in mind when you are loading and unloading boat from trailer too.
