I have caught my limit the last 9 times out using jigs only. Now, if you use minnows and you get skunked, you can eat the minnows; the jigs are too hard to chew so you have to put them in a blender with some scent to give it flavor.

That's why you have to buy colors named after food.....Lemon pudding, watermelon, blueberry pie are some of my favorites.Quote:

Jigs, mostly those which imitate minnows.
If I carry minnows I catch fish on jigs, but if I don't spend the 4 bucks for the minnows nothings works with the jigs.
