Had to go back out to see if the first trip was a fluke. Nope, it wasnt.

Trying to get a video on here where we had 7 on at once, with 2 of them doubles.

hope everyone has a Merry Xmas. see yall on the water.

Are you pulling 6 lead core and 2 downrigger. I have pulled up to 4 downrigger and 4 lead core but only pull 4 downrigger and 2 lead core now.

i pull 6 leadcore, and 2 downrigger. on Norman when i have extra solid help that knows whats going on, i can add 2 more on the downriggers.....making it 6 leadcore, 4 downrigger.

I say lake norman because its the only lake i wont hesitate to put a bait 40+ ft.

and i too have caught studd crappie on the downrigger!

its a 2009 Key west 177SK. not a true skiff, but not a deep V either. have a friend that helped me TONS with setting it up right when i first got it....more like he did all the work. in exchange for his services, he has the rights to my boat anytime i am not using it. since i fish with him a lot both offshore on his boat, and on the lakes on mine, its not an issue at all.

Ill be out on the water somewhere with a good buddy of mine/popular charter boat captain from oak island on Monday. no pressure. reports will follow

I have caught a lot of fish on a trip and go back the next day with very high expectations only to have my feelings get hurt. You did good. Hard to do back to back.

My hat is off to you pulling that many lines. I have been pulling lead and downriggers for 30 years and never could do 10 lines. Most the time I fish by myself or with an inexperienced crew. I fish Norman all the time but very seldom below 30 ft on the riggers. Most of my trolling is on the northern part of the lake (above 150) .
