    Default Lights

Does anyone use lights inside of their boat at night? What color works good to keep the bugs away. I've notice the red and green light on the front of the boat there's hardly ever bugs around the red light but there's tons around the green. I just wonder if the red lights would be bring enough to see anything in the boat. Trying avoid using my headlamp all the time.

I've used the red LED strip around the inside of the boat, around the edges, and it lit up the whole floor of the boat. Didn't project upwards very much, but made a really big difference in being able to see where things are and keep from stepping on things or tripping. It doesn't seem to affect your night vision, either, which is a good thing.
