haven't been to Jordan in a while. How deep are people catching them? Been hooked on striped bass fishing. Looking to go to Jordan tomorrow afternoon with my 4 year old. Any help would great. Thanks in advance

We did go. We got there about 4:00pm and left about 7:30. We caught one striped bass, that was a keeper and 6 nice catfish that we kept. It was only me fishing. My four year old tried to real one in but he got tired. We had a good time. We caught everything in large minnows. Thanks for the help I'll tell you how we do later on

The stripers will probably start spawning this week which can make the fishing tricky. Boat traffic will decrease since the keep season is over which usually helps the bite. Also if flows continue to drop down it'll concentrate the fish more. So if you get a chance in the next 2 or 3 weeks to go again they should be there. Keep you fingers no BIG rains fall between now and the end of June in the Roanoke basin above Kerr and the flows stay down so we'll have good reproduction this year.
