4/30 Badin
I had the chance to take a couple Wounded Warriors out for a day on Badin as part of Operation North State. We fished from 8am till 3Pm only boated 12-15 crappie.
The win picked up about 11 so it was hard to keep on fish.
They fed us well and the company was excellent, I was tired by the end of the day retying and untangling rods. I had a hard time keeping 4 rods out for each of the guys.
They all went home happy so it was a good day for all.

Thanks to all of the guys that came out and signed up to fish this event!! I really enjoy helping and planning these events with Operation North State. We couldn't have asked for a better day on the water. The weather held out and let us have a beautiful day on the water. I have done these events since they have started. Its a lot of work that goes into these but it is all worth it when you see the smiles on these guys and girls faces when they get out on the water for the day. Even if they don't catch fish they have a blast. what makes it even better are they people like you guys that come out and volunteer your time and equipment and make this such a special day for these guys and girls. I am really proud to say that I have made some great friends on this website and really glad to have support from you guys when we need it. Don't forget we have more events coming up soon!!
