    Well what is everyone opinion as to this cold spell killing off the shad in Jordan High Rock, etc.?

    The water in Jordan last weekend was upper 30s to low 40s. The hurdle I think is it's supposedly going to be cold all next week. Hope the weekend will warm it some to counter it this weekend.

    I had a clinefinder in the boat last week, and meant to check the difference from the bottom to the top, but never did. The dam readings were showing considerably higher than what most of us had. Looks like the lake temp dropped about 4* on their readings from 47-43.

    Jack has it right--down to 43. Shad start dying at 42, so we are right on the borderline. Next week is below average again and that is not good.
