Default Need help in identifying fish in this screenshot!

Okay guys, it's the time of year that the fish are congregating in the deeper waters on Jordan. Take a look at these screenshots. I'm pretty sure the "cloud" looking fishballs are threadfin shad. What about the other fish? Are they gizzard shad with crappie and perch mixed in? Chime in and share your thoughts about what is in the water. It amazes me how many fish there are between the 64 bridge and the dam. These shots were taken yesterday.

One thing I forgot to share--note in the first picture that the water is 31' deep. The further away from the sonar, it stands to reason that the larger the fish. If that statement is correct, those are some fairly decent sized fish.

Where you see the stacks off the bottom that's crappie. Were coming down with the armada this week to see if we can help you all get rid of some of those stacks

I was in the area you speak of. I saw the same thing today. I could not believe what I was seeing. I only caught 20 crappie and one perch. Shad were breaking on top and gulls feasting. The fish I caught were gorged and spitting up small fish. May have been some type shad but not threadfin. Looked more like the shinners we fish with. ?????
