Thread: score at Dick's

Just thought I'd share about the deal I got at Dick's a few days ago. I got four 12 ft Mr. Crappie trolling rods for $60! They all had a broken tip so that's why I got em all half off. But I already had a bag of rod tips at home, so now they're all 11'6" rods. So if you ever see a broken rod tip at Dick's talk to the manager and you can probably snatch it up for half off. Giving the fishing a rest this weekend. My girlfriend just got home from Orlando where one of our girls competed in the national cheer leading championships. She didn't win but they still had a great time at Disney. Quite the hit on the bank account right before Christmas though. Good luck to all fishing this weekend and don't forget to check out the Geminids tonight. We saw about 30 in an hour last night!
