One of my customers told me today that his depth finder was showing the thermocline at 22 feet. Most of the water above the 64 bridge would be "uncomfortable" to the fish, if the thermocline is at 22 feet.

Anyone have any further info that may explain the absence of any type of fish in this area.

It is not uncommon to see the brownish colored water in Jordan in the summer.Been fishing it for 30 years and have seen it many times.I have read somewhere before that it is sediment from pollution run off from farms, construction and muddy rivers and probably many other pollutants. This is exactly what was predicted would take place before Jordan was ever filled.Never seemed to me that it hurt the summer fishing that much over the years including this year as we have caught some nice fish .
