    Default Back to Lake Hickory


    Went back this morning to Gunpowder fished till 12:00 got 9 more keepers n Rick finally got his catfish he got this big cat in on a crappie jig n 2 lb. test line took him about 5 min. to ware him down enough to get him to the net so I could get him in. It went 5 lbs. 8 oz. on 2 lb. test line the drag was squiring and Rick was reeling that Visious Hi Vis yellow is some tough stuff, great day guys Good times with good friends that's what its all about.

    Great job guys, those are some nice fish! If I ever get and income I hope to get back on the water for some Crappie and Cats. Congrats !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Another couple of nice slabs of Lake Hickory. You guys are getting em figured out, way to go. Thanks for the pic, I like the look of that dock in the background, looks like a good one to shoot. Just kidding I do most of my fishing down below 127 bridge ain't had much luck in gunpowder. Congrats on some nice fish!!!!!
