Good luck there driver24.......asking a striped fisherman for info is futile. They are a very tight lipped crowd. They might post tons of striper pics on a crappie forum but will never hint on how to catch them.

There are plenty of hints on how to catch them around here. No one is going to give up their spot on a public forum. It takes too much effort and too much time to pattern them to just give it away and find dozens of people sitting there the next time you go to fish.... filled with someone that might or might not care one thing about bag or size limits.

Yeah right....so far no one has offered driver24 any hints at all....as usual for striper fishermen on a crappie forum....all "look at me" pictures and no hints. Crappie fisherman do more than hint, they help.

You really think someone will jump on an open forum and say fish here fish now?I
Im sorry I dont check cdc on a daily basis now and its for reasons like this. Your out of your mind if you think all striper fisherman do is brag. Ive fished norman for 18 years, but 10s of thousands of dollars in gas/other, lots of effort, and have perfected how to catch bait consistantly AND fish in the same 50 yd x 20yd spot year after year in the spring and catch niceones. Im not just going to give that away to someone I personally dont know. Its like giving a guy some gps #s to your best grouper hole. Your out of your mind.
Since the pics I have responded to 12pms with good norman info.
so why dont you call a crappie fisherman who lays out 60 fish a bragger?
Lots of crappie fisherman on this forum who consistantly catch fish will tell you the wrong creek on purpose (I know for a fact after seeing them on the water). So dont be fooled!

Driiver 24, There's a search box on the upper left corner of the page, type Striper report in the box, then hit the magnifying glass it will bring up 10 pages of reports.

You will get dates reports, time of day, type baits, live and artificial, depths of baits, water temps, wind conditions, which lakes, the rest is about being at the right place at the right time.
If you have a good sonar with GPS you can use these Technics and catch fish on any lake depending on the time of year.
Striper move so there is no way to say they will be here or there at any given time. You can find a pattern that works most of the time, but you have to put in your time to find the locations.
Most guys aren't going to tell you where to catch Striper, until they see you putting in your time, but once you do they will help you stay on the fish.

Don't pile on Pete he is helpful to plenty of Striper fisherman as long as it isn't JarHead,,,, Those 2 are like the Cowboys and the Redskins.
