Carried a friend to Harris yesterday. Wind less than 5mph, water temp 41*, clear skies and warm sun. Minnows and jigs were the offering. Tight lined in several water depths. Action was none until noon. I was marking fish and bait at 15 to 29 feet deep but no action. Gulls feeding hard but no action for us. Went to spot where the gulls were feeding and found some bait near the bottom in 35' of water. Kept 3 cats, 4 white perch, and 5 keeper crapper. Only the cats hit hard. Could hardly tell the crappie bite. All fish caught on minnows. Nice day.

Nice to be fishing. Mixed bag there
Thanks for the report Dwight. Glad you found enough of a mixed bag to keep it enjoyable.
