We were fortunate to have a cloudy day and no moons were visible.
Maybe if you would concentrate a little more on fishing, instead of trying to be funny, which usually doesn't work, you could catch a fish now and then.

Newly it was good to see you on the water Sat, let's talk at the next tourn. Your boat was my inspiration and would like to see your rod holder setup and talk tactics.
Let me know if you plan to pre-fish this weekend (the weather looks shaky) otherwise see you on the 15th.

JL, thanks for the report and info. Hard to believe that you found some "shallow" but that tells me they are anctious to get up into the shallows. Find a flat, close to channel, that probably a few degrees warmer, and you might find some. Did you notice what the water temp. was on the flat? Just curious as to how much warmer it might be. Sounds like the main lake was around 40 deg's. thanks again.
The water on the surface was 36 when we started out at 7:00, but was up to 40 by 3:00 when we took out for the weigh-in. A flat on the north bank with plenty of sun seems to be the spot right now.
