Thread: Couple more nice ones

These were a couple more nice fish I caught Wednesday. Had more than my usual amount of trouble getting the pictures from my phone, but persistence pays off--- just like fishing.

Same as always- 24 ft deep, 2 quarter ounce jigheads, 20 lb braid(same diameter as 6 lb mono and it doesn't kink in cold weather) blue and chartreuse tubes and some on brown and chartreuse. Just hold it still and move around slowly so your line hangs vertical and hold on, some will really bust your wrist.

I actually caught about 80- 45 of them over 10". It was just about non stop action from 10:30 to 2:00. Nice day, sunny and lite winds. Hard to find a more enjoyable way to spend a few hours.

Only saw 3 other boats all day- it was a little cool, but no reason to stay home.

Tubes most of the time. Sometimes I use Kalin's triple tails.
