    Default Chris Carters passing!

    It is with a deep heart that I inform his fellow Ne fishermen of Chris's passing on July 1st. He had a passion for fishing and enjoyed our time together on the water. Chris ended his life on Friday the 1st. He was ex-military and had PTSD and decided to end his struggle with life. He will be missed by many! EB
