No, its makeshift hat camera. I bought a small portable camera, punched a hole through the bill of an old hat and screwed the camera on top. Thought about getting a go pro camera. Most of the hits came a good 5 to 7 feet from the bank, which made the water around 5 feet deep. Not all my bites are on camera, I didn't charge it before I used it. Sometimes I got hits right after I started retrieving once it hit the bottom. But as you can see, all my bites came from casting towards the opening of the cove, anytime I casted further into the cove and worked the bait against the wind and the current, I wouldn't get a bite. I had to stay fairly close to this underwater structure off to my left and sometimes got hung up on. I had a 16 foot jigging pole with me, and I rigged it with the same plastic lure and jigged it around the structure, but never got a hit. That's when I realized, they wanted it to move slowly, and they liked the little gold flash from the roadrunner.

Winter just doesn't want to let go around here, had about 2" of snow Sunday night.

I try to keep the pole in view, but its a very short pole. 5' I think. I like the shorter poles for panfishing. I can control the bait and the placement much easier.

You can probably see that a couple of them had wounds on them, no doubt from the pike they recently stocked in there.
