    i have a friend who is new to the area that loves to fish was wondering if there r any good lakes around lincoln to fish at.

    Check the NE fishing guide and fishing forecast on the NE Game and Parks homepage. That should get ya started. There are plenty of lakes in the Lincoln and surrounding area. The term good is pretty general and it would be better if a person knew what species your friend is after and type of fishing, boat, bank,etc....he/she does. Branched Oak, Pawnee, and Stagecoach are all pretty good for specks.
