If I'm not mistaken , Lilly's Bridge has portajons. Aside from that , Morrow Mountain State Park is the only other place I believe has them , they are full service restrooms. Stone Mountain may have them , albeit I haven't been there in about 5 years. Try the Wildlife Commission homepage at www.ncwildlife.org , they should have more detailed info.
