Well Guys Paula Can Do It If She Would Just Get It Out Of Her Mind And Quit Thinking About It First. We Have A 6 X 12 Enclosed Trailer That We Use On Fireworks Shows. And We Normally Hook It To Her Explorier And She Has Pulled It Hundreds Of Miles And Can Do A Good Job With It. She Has Even Backed It Into The Driveway A Couple Of Times Without Any Help. I Normally Pull A Flatbed Gooseneck With My F-250 Super Cab Long Bed. I Think The Problem Is All The People Watching At A Ramp And The Fact That The Boat Trailer Is Longer Is What Bothers Her The Most. And Both Of Us Don't Want To Be The First One Of Us Two To Screw Up The Boat. Since We Have Been Going To Truman I Have Been Pulling The Boat With My Pickup Instead Of Her Explorier Due To The High Water At The Ramps. There Is A Difference To Backing A Shorter Trailer Than A Longer Trailer. I Have The Same Problem When I Go From My 25' Gooseneck Flatbed To The Shorter 20' Gooseneck Stock Trailer.
And With Me Being So Long Legged And Her Being Short The Seat Is Always Out Of Wack For Her In The Pickup! She Drives The Pickup Great By Its Self, She Just Don't Put Her Foot Into As Much As She Should Sometimes! Lol But One Trip Riding With Her Across Springfield In Heavy Traffic In The Explorier Will Make Any Man Turn To Religion Fast!
