vacuum seal for filets?
I usually just put my pieces in a gallon freezer ziplock filled with water.
However, am wondering.... do any of you use a vacuum sealer and just put a handful in a sealer bag and run the machine? Wondering if I can do this without adding water, like we do with steaks, and just vacuum seal the filets and not have to worry about all the water when thawing?
Thoughts?
