Rick talked about doing this. Said way too many jerks were parking where they shouldn't and making ruts and never spending a dime. At the same time paying patrons couldn't get access to the facilities. Maybe this will reduce congestion.
And for you jerks, don't go clogging up the other ramps now

They built a pay shack by the ramp for self pay. Just don't want anyone to get towed off while they're fishing.
