Thread: Chasing Crappie and ???

Since this is a new hobby to me (not fishing, chasing crappie) what else do you do when you can't get out and slay the slabs?

I was restoring my 1962 VW bus until I started gravel racing with my friends. I've put racing on hold and now I ride for fun and exercise. My knees have been telling it it's time to take it easy. So, I decided to go fishing with my sons. Wow, my knees hated me for trying to navigate the rocks and uneven surfaces, so I bought a boat. Now, we are learning how to fish Truman and some of the other idle or trolling motor lakes.

1993 Charger - We are in the midst of cleaning her up and making it ours. As soon as it comes back from the shop getting tuned, We are going to finish polishing up the hull, painting the engine and the trailer. It floats, it run and it gets us to and from the launch ramp.


2020 Niner MCR 9 RDO - 200 miles in 2 weeks and I'm loving it!
