Thread: Prayers need for Jignlowe

Some of you will remember my old tournament partner for several years Josh Elliot. His other passion besides Crappie fishing is fireworks. They shoot off many fireworks shows each year for small towns and even larger ones like Lake Winnibago and here in Clinton. He was severely burned in an explosion last weekend at his garage in Urich. Second and third degree burns on 30-50% of his body. Really bad on legs and left arm and hand is a mess. He has had one surgery on legs and waiting for another in lower back and left arm which may require several. They originally thought 4 weeks at KU burn center but now looking like it could be more. I have contacted most of my sponsors about donations for a raffle or auction. Not sure if I will tie it into other fundraiser events they are planning or do something myself. Our company will match all the raised money if done through work so I may go that route. I'll let people on here know oe way or the other in case someone would want tickets or to know when/where the auction/fundraiser would be held. I should have baits from Mike Coffey custom walleye and Crappie baits. Jig heads from Timmy Tom's weedless jig company. Maybe some rods from Power Crappie/Todd Huckabee rods. Reels from Ardent and whatever else I can come up with. Right now the thoughts and prayers for him and his wife and kids are the most important. I may also try to get a address to his room if people would want to send a card and make sure to let him know it is from crappie.com guys and gals. Thanks and send a few up of you for them.
