Just to finish this thread on my part. My water pressure gauge was lying. Put old gauge on a pressure check. At 2psi input it was showing 30psi . I took it to 45psi and it never changed at any point in between. Some reason any applied pressure read the same all the way up. A new gauge tested within 5psi through its whole range. 5 seems like a lot of variable but it was only a $40 gauge. I probably should have bought a higher quality one. My point is check your equipment once in while. Happy and safe fishing my friends.
