    when you open your pictures click on the rotate arrow, then if it ask to save do so...

    i'm assuming your phone is an iPhone? Apple uses its own code to determine orientation of photos and it can't be read by websites or windows. Do like beagle said, get the picture on your computer, rotate it how you want and then upload it.
