They squeeze the air out and stick a hose from an oxygen tank in holding the bag tight around the hose while they blow up the top portion with oxygen, then tie it off tight. Yeah I am with you now! Yes it works really great! When Trantham's was open here in Springfield he would do the same thing for me when I would come in after work without any minnow buckets and buy 5 to 10 pounds of them.
