Julie has had a good day today! Not a lot of pain, but she still has her morphine pump. She will be losing that tomorrow and switching her over to pills. She has set up twice in the chair for about 30 minutes at a time and the plan is to get her up and walking some tomorrow. Hopefully the pain remains manageable for her. I still appreciate all the prayers and well wishes as she will have to remain in the hospital until Saturday and they still have a minor procedure to do Saturday morning. Thank you all again for everything.

Pathology reports all came back that the cancer was all gone from the chemo treatments! We are pretty excited about that little tidbit of information. Now just gotta get her all healed up from this surgery and hopefully things will kinda return to normal, whatever normal is Hoping it leads to more of this Thanks for all the prayers!

Going in for the revision surgery about 7:00am tomorrow. Dr. Says when she comes out of that and eats something she should get to go home tomorrow afternoon. We're both looking forward to being home and sleeping in our bed.

That's great news. Get the little lady home and on the mend and the fishing will be all the more enjoyable in the future. Prayers sent for a speedy recovery
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

They released Julie yesterday afternoon about 2. So we've been home since then and it is GOOD to be home. Now just focusing on recovering and getting stronger. Thank you all again for all the prayers and well wishes that I know have made a difference.
