unless they changed,the only legal way is to contact them and they send a map of the lake ,you mark area where you want to place beds and send back,they ok it (or turn it down) and send it back to you .Then you can place beds in the lake.Best to contact the corp 1st and check it out.

It's illegal if you do it during the day. The laws are not in effect at night.
