Just a little update on my status, left the campground last night and headed home with the grandkids because of the wind and lightning but plan on being back either late this afternoon or maybe in the morning. The lake has came up 8ft. since noon wednesday and is pretty muddy. We only caught 5 small crappie in about 3 short tries between storms but I think Chris (cschottfish) and Greg (southpoint) did catch a few keepers. Supposed to be pretty nice tomorrow so we'll give it another try.The current in Northfork was pretty high so plan on fishing a few bluffs or something out of the current on the main lake tomorrow. Drove over the dam and it looks just as muddy. I live in Labelle which is about 50 mi. north and we have over !0 inches of rain since last weekend and it is stiil raining now. It's gotta let up before long. Hope to see everyone tomorrow.

Im thinking about not bringing the boat. I called the corps office and they said they are opening high water ramps at spalding and indian and the others will probably be open this weekend. She did mention the extra trash and trees floating in and undr the water.

Sorry we didn't make it guys, Louise wasn't feeling well since Thursday. We got a late start Friday and she still wasn't doing well Saturday. She feels bad about us missing the get together and I assured her it won't be the last!

The girls and I had a great time even though we didn't even put a hook in the water. It was fantastic chatting with and getting to know some of the folks we chat with on here.
Robbie, we missed you Saturday night, especially after all the effort you and others put in. Speaking of that, thanks to Robbie and Greg for getting this thing rolling and setting it up.
