Ahi Tuna steaks, oiled, salt/pepper, finish with a light Teriyaki glaze when done. Two minutes each side on cast iron.
Par boiled kale, then moved to skillet with mushrooms. Seasoned with garlic, pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Steamed cauliflower with butter.
Red wine for her, a nice copper ale from Lagunitas brewery out of California for me.
