    Your right. The lightning was very bright. I have heard thunder while snowing but I think that was the first time seeing lightning like that.

    They shut the GM plant down at 10:30 am , and it took me over an hour and half to get home today . Work is scheduled for tomorrow . I hope the roads are clear !

    So as the old wives tale goes thunder snow in Feb. means frost on same day in April we will see.

    Had about 12 inches here in Grandview. Sat and drank coffee till about 11:30. Started up the snow blower and spent the next 4 hours behind that.
    Forgot to take pics but had some drifts in front of the garage that were above my knee.

    Ripnlips you can quit all that talk about frost in April. Would be interesting to see if it happens I guess.

    Now you all have been fishing all winter long breaking ice, freezing rod tips, slippery boat ramps and a little frost in April is bad?
