If you make it to the Twain get together, I'll get ya some duck sausage I have made up every year..... it's just a bit different, but an awesome snack just the same.

yup, lots of cracker sammies get choked down on my boat, too. bout the only time we don't have summer sausage or jerky on the boat is our annual trip on Good Friday. My fishin buddy and his dad are catholic so they don't eat meat on fridays during lent and I sure wouldn't dare break it out in front of em! I'll be sure to have enough to go around at the twain gathering... looking forward to that duck sausage, too!
