Wife put a HDS 8 under the tree, think she wants me to go fishing? I have a 17ft LOWE v bottom alum hull. Does anyone have pics of how the transducers are mounted on their hulls with a simular boat? The manual talks about where and how but I really like pictures. Thanks.

Here are three photos of the back of my boat with the HDS7 gen 1 set up. I don't know if it is correct but it works. The only problem is when your shooting both side you have to trim the engine up some since there is no jack plate to raise up the engine. Good luck and take your time, you have plenty of time with this cold weather.
