Every spring we make the 5hr trip out to Kempf's to pick up our half of beef from a family cow. And we always stock up on their jap & cheddar summer sausage to last us for a year. Every year we seem to spend more and money on summer sausage at Kempf's since it never lasts a whole year. Their bacon and sausage sticks are awesome also.
