Thread: Internet Service in Springfield, Mo who do you have?

We have SBC in Springfield. We had to get a Static IP Address for our outside camera system. SBC told the wife that it would only be an additonal $25.00 per month! Well now after they got us installed they are charging us over $100.00 more per month. They said they couldn't just give us a single static ip address they had to give us 10 of them! We are now considered by SBC a business!

Any ideas?

Contacted ATT yesterday! Finally got a lady who would explain everything to us! "Yes the static ip address is only $25.00 extra per month if you sign up for a higher speed internet service!" Get this folks! "And the higher speed internet service will be cheaper than what your paying now!" "But we have to come into the house and change out the equipment that you currently have in the house."

Now if that ain't a bunch of Bull Butter!
