Agreed. I always go to the same tent, and they just want to push product. I usually buy a bunch of the 6 pack discount mortars. They look fine, but it's a question of how many times you want to keep loading the mortars. I'll have to check with you next year prior to buying. We also bought a 120 set that proved to be fairly depressing really.

Sorry Duncan at your age and mine I recommend lots of multi shot cakes that just have one fuse! I don't do many mortars nor do I sell very many in my custom shows. I put alot of cakes in Jiggings15 and Beagleman shows. And they really seem to like them. Plus you can keep the show moving without any dead air.

Yeah, that's what I'm looking for. I spent a lot of time fiddling around with the mortars. I'll be in touch May 2013

Hookin & Cookin - Thanks for stepping up and running a tent at the last minute! Ms Deb you can sure sell fireworks! And JR you are one of the good ones! I want to thank both of you for all your extra help and stepping up to the plate when I needed you too. Thanks again for that cigar, JR, aint slowed down long enough to take time to enjoy it but I am really looking forward to smoking it! Now we just need to all help Ms Deb in learning to enjoy fried fish!

Markus1968 - Markus & Cassy once again you guys kicked butt selling fireworks! And made it happen. Markus and Cassy I want to thank you both for your help cooking! And also for stepping up to the plate when I needed you guys too! Just please quit sending me pictures of those stinking green carp that you like to catch!

Jigging15 - Jared I hope you guys enjoyed the show and thank you again for your business! Jared thanks for taking the time to put together those other orders for me and sorting them all out. Tell Hoss thank you for me also!

Beagleman - I hope I was able to provide you and the family one of the best fireworks shows you have ever had! Thank you my friend for your business!

ReesGuide, from the Mississippi board, thank you Mr John & Ms Tammy, for allowing me to introduce you to the fireworks business. Thank you for having the faith in me to put together some good quaility fireworks for you guys to sell!

Slab - Ed, thank you for the nice PM concerning the fireworks that you got from us! Paula and I really enjoyed reading it. I am so glad you enjoyed them! I told you there was a difference in fireworks!

And last but not least thank you PW58, I couldn't do the amount of business I do here in Lineville, without the help you provided me. Folks my wife took 3 weeks of her vacation to come up here and work her butt off helping me sell fireworks. Alot of days she would allow me to go ahead and go to bed and work until almost midnight to keep the paperwork straight. Then get up at 6 am to start helping me again. LOL yep there was mornings where I couldn't even find my clothes but you were there to find them for me. And you were there in the middle of the night when the bad storms came thru to help me and the tent operators cover product.

Thanks to all of the above, we were able to set another step higher on the ladder up here in Lineville!

And yes Old DW is still open selling fireworks!
