Thread: Tire Explodes at 107

We lost a tire on the way home from Stockton yesterday. There was rain (or at least that’s what I remember it being called) when we left and 76 degrees. Tire blew at 107 in Archie, MO and actually that was great luck. I know someone in Archie who came to the rescue…..man it’s nice to know good people!
Stopped to check the pressure in the spare and add a little air and decided to check the other tire. I was 7 pounds over inflated. I guess the heat made it build pressure. Time for tires because the spare is the original from 1993, first time on the ground.
