Hats off to Richard. We had a great trip with him today. Then, we launched our boat for the first time since picking it up from cabelas after a spring tune up about a month ago and quickly discovered NO REVERSE!!! But, the guys at bucksaws service department had it fixed $25 and half an hour later, saving the trip... Thanks
