Ya thanks when she is off by her-self she has her cousin's with her smith/wesson and i surely wouldn't want to be on the recieving end of them she's good. And a friend and three boys the way it sound's so they should be ok but I alway's trust smith/wesson when she's alone.:cheers2
went last night and found a handfull here in Polk co,to close to dark ,try again after the CDC tournament today.
Was up in Smithville today (not fishing) and saw quite a few trucks on the side of W, looked like deer season but figured they all must be hunting morels. I gave it a try in a couple spots I figured would be solid in KC today but came up empty handed. Will probably look in one more spot tomorrow after the yard work is done.
Found these Sunday in the Nebo MO area. These three reds weighed about fifteen lbs total I bet.
I went to my private tract I have permission to hunt in Platte co. and found Three small whites starting to pop up . I'll give em' a few more days and look again.
Please let us what you find in a few days. Morel season is my favorite time of the year and I look around Platte County quite a bit and I'm kinda kicking myself right now. I'm heading out on a LOZ fishing trip until next Tuesday and am afraid I'm going to miss the best 4-5 days for morels around KC. I'm definitely going to have fun fishing, but hope the morels are still OK around KC late next week. I'd love to know how it goes over the weekend.
