Just saw that they are planning to protest at the funerals of the tornado victims in Harrisburg, ILL. What a bunch of hateful people. What I would like to say I can't put on here. Those people will have a rude awaking when it is their time to go. It is going to be a little hot for them.

They disgust me! All I will say is, if they ever show up to protest any funeral I am at for a loved one or friend, I will probably end up in jail!!!

Give a man a fish and feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day!
I don't know how it is that someone hasn't shot one of them by now. If I had lost a son or daughter in service to our country I don't think I could handle it if they showed up. I only hope if it ever happens that I am on the jury. N2
ya it bothers me, too. some people just have no respect. but what comes around goes around, ten fold. and someday everything they do, they will have to answer for.
I am also suprised that someone has not retaliated against them, at least a flat tire or something! I guess most people just ignore them.
There should be a law against it, I know we have the freedom of speech in the great U.S.A but I think this falls in the harassment category. Put the adults on a plane and drop them off over Afghanistan!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll never understand a "religious" group that pulls this mess. Much like a man who'll abuse women and children.....
I went to support a family that had their son killed in the Middle East, they lived in Weston, MO. The police had to keep people away and protected Westboro's vans (which I respect the police for doing that because I think they were really protecting the good people from doing something they would regret) and the Honor Guard (Harley's) were so loud that you couldn't hear the chants and rants and hate that Westboro was spewing. Westboro got out, chanted for about 10 minutes, tried to get under our skin, then left like a bunch of cowards.
I was glad and sad to be an American that day. Glad to support a fallen hero, sad that I had to witness those people disparage his honor. I honestly believe that there were lots of people like me, that didn't know the hero, that showed up there to keep the family shielded from the spirit of those unruly pricks.
It is my honest opinion that no one should ever do anything stupid when dealing with these people. We are strong, they are weak. They rely on our pride and emotions in an effort to instigate us into violence. Don't give in. You can do more to honor our hero's by being a supporter of our troops than you ever could in jail.
BTW - The Honor Guard kicks ass!!!
