Thread: Weather Man said rain

I said my leg don't hurt, so I fired up the newly repaired tractor and hooked up the Plow and Plowed three (3) gardens. on up on the hill. and two down by the house, dirt was just right and now if we get any rain it should soak deep ... one garden is 130X30 and the other two are 30X30.. I love working the dirt.... gets in my way of fishing once in a while...but it's sure relaxing. and my Daughter and grandson Love to help....

that sounds relaxing, beagle. sounds like ya have plenty of dirt to work with. might be able to get the lettuce and radishes in a lil early this year if the weather keeps on like it has. I know what ya mean by gardens cuttin into fishin time, I have a lil 20x20 garden and I have not planted it in a few years for the same reason. and my neighbors give me more fresh veggies than I can eat. but my tiller is running again so maybe this year?
