Good reminder Buckwheat. I have some saved backed and sure hope to catch some next week to. I will have a cooler at my site across the road from A-44 earlier in the week for fish that I will keep iced down or run to a freezer at Bucksaw. Do as Buckwheat says about having them ready or we will be eating left over hamburgers from Friday night. It will save him and his crew a big headache by having them ready for the cooker. It takes Brian and 4-5 others several hours to prepare and cook for all of us so we can enjoy the food and company. I cooked fish for about 25 people Saturday evening and it is work for sure. I can't imagine doing it for 125-145 people like he has the last two years. Thanks a ton buckwheat, Cliff, Harold and several other that help with the frying each year. It is very much appreciated.
