Thread: Pet peeves

My Pet Peeve #2. Goin to the lake on a weekend afternoon by myself for an enjoyable trouble free afternoon of crappie fishing. I back down the ramp only to find a couple pontoon boats and a ski boat tied up to the courtesy dock, radios blasting, drinkin beer and having a party. Can't launch, nowhere to tie my boat while I park my truck. Gimme a break.

It's not just ski boats, it's just inconsidrate people in general, fisherman and jet skis included.

I have another peeve!!! several years ago I parted out an old lawnmower that was similiar mine . well I cleaned out the garage a couple weeks ago and and came across the steering shaft assembly. I thought " I will break the plastic steering wheel or a tie rod long before I ever break that steel rod and gear". and I tossed it out. well I was MOWING THE LAWN YESTERDAY, (in January???) and guess what I broke when I hit a pothole on the edge of the garden? don't it figure? I guess I will just weld her back up but that means I have to load it and take it to work, rather than just swap the assembly out. dang murphy's law!
and then there is the fact that my grass is still growing in january........ LMAO!!!!

The jerks who pass me , then cut me off to turn off the exit ramp .
