They also has kitchenettes right on the water and should have the room above the marina done by then. I think it will sleep 8-10 an would be a great way to save money by splitting it.
Yeap I was thinking of one of the on the water ones or a room at the marina. That way it isn't too far for stumbling back at the end of the night. Hahaha
