Off and on SE of KC. Probably less than .5". Just often enough to keep me from commiting to any outdoor activities or going fishing.

We're getting it AGAIN and I wish it would stop!! I've brush hog and mowed until I'am sick of it, its a shame mother nature doesn't spread this out to all that need it but she is a woman and who can figure them out. Glad you all that need it are getting it.

Also we have gotten TWO cuttings on the hay this year so I guess we should count our blessings, but gezz this has been a long growing season!

I am in Texas at my sons and holy cow do they need the rain down here.It looks like the Sahara down here everything is dead and the lakes are really low. Rained on us from Mo to the Texas line then just shut off. Hotter than heck also i am ready for some cooler Mo weather.LOL
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

Sum'of'a'gun!! We've made it through the weekend with about .5". Rained all weekend, very light, very soft, and not constant, but just enough to keep you from making outdoor plans.

Oh well, I've got a covered porch, friends coming over, long island ice tea on the table beside me, and a couple courts of fish thawed out for a friendly fish fry.

Cheers my fishing brothers. I have tomorrow off. Doc apt. in the AM then I'm hitting something somewhere to make up for this weekend. Might be launching the kayak off W or might just dip minnows for blacks on my HOA lake at home. They are getting fat from chasing shad and schools of fry from the great spawn we had this year.

it is still raining here, but we do not complain about the rain, never get enough rain... I drank two of them Long Island Teas once about 23 years ago, still got me a headache from them..... bad things man
