Jared, from what I've observed in my time here on CDC YOU (and quite a few others) go above and beyond to help out anyone that is respectful and asks for help! That's what it's all about. Don't lose any sleep over this! You can't please everyone all the time and then there are always a few folks that aren't happy no matter how good things are.
