Just got home from North Dakota, SD line, Lake Ohae. Water is as high as it has been in the last 5 years I have been going there. They are forecasting the river to go up 5 foot more, just from the ice pack water that is yet to come. This will make SD pull the curtesy docks, which will close down the Walleye Fishing in SD. Been going the last 5 years and the lake is up about 30 ft since then. The ramp we used 5 yrs ago is gone, it was a low water ramp, been using the high water ramp and the water is in the parking now! It is a great place to catch some eyes if'n ya want. Don't think you are going to see any dikes in the river for a while! Sorry!
