Thread: Emergency Response Audio from Joplin tornado

Guys this is a lengthy audio of some of the emergency response to the devastation caused by the tornado in Joplin. These men and women did a tremendous job given the amount of destruction and mass casualties they were forced to deal with under the difficult circumstances. Please continue to keep these men and women in your prayers as well as all the families affectedby this disaster as they will be dealing with this for a long time. We still had a crew on the ground yesterday and they reported an enormous amount of need still in the area.

Being an ex volunteer fireman for the Pittsburg, MO fire department in Hickory County I have heard all those tones before. More than once I have been dispatched out in the middle of the night to be a weather spotter and repond to all types of disasters. These men and women do one heck of a job. I have also have been in a tornado disaster that also affected my own family. We need to remember these people and also are men and women in the armed forces.
